Larry received his law degree from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where he was also on the law review. During law school, he clerked for the US Attorney in Portland.
Once graduated, he was an associate attorney for a Portland maritime and general civil law practice firm. Larry established his own practice in 1990 in downtown Portland and has practiced there ever since. He is a member of both the Oregon and Washington State Bar associations and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in both states.
